This hands-on session, using the latest workstations, provides an in-depth exploration of X4, covering its new features and the significance of Connect for both installers and end users.

Participants will configure a fully functional X4 system — starting with OvrC, progressing through network setup, and finishing with X4 customisation.
The session concludes with an exclusive look at what’s new today and what’s coming soon.

• Exploring Routines, the Home Screen, Widgets and working with Apple Home Kit.

• What is Connect and considering service contracts.

Starting with OvrC

• Moving from ‘my.control4.com.’ to OvrC as the point of administration for managing customer sites & registering Control4 controllers within OvrC.

Control4 Networking Best Practices - (Hands On)

• Understanding common Networking barriers and best practises.•Configuring a network to best serve a control solution.

Configuring X4 - (Hands On)

• Working within composer and undertaking hands on exercises configuring with X4.
